All goods are presumed to be delivered in good condition upon receipt by the buyer, unless the buyer duly notifies Indexss in writing of any defective goods within a period of 5 working days from delivery. If Indexss is notified within the relevant period then, depending on the type of goods to be returned and whether such goods have been used or fitted, the customer will either receive a full refund or full credit from Indexss, or replacement goods will be supplied.
Certain goods such as gaskets, seals, belts, hoses, opened kits, custom items made to order and third party goods (i.e. goods not manufactured by Indexss) are not returnable but Indexss will deal with the concerns of each customer on a case by case basis.
